The Soaring Spirits Resilience Center at Schreiner University is dedicated to the study of resilience in widowed men and women. We take what we learn from our widowed community, and create practical tools for building resilience in grief recovery. Every resource that is produced by our team of researchers is based on what we've learned from our widowed community.
The Soaring Spirits Resilience Card Deck provides daily suggestions for simple, effective, research-based strategies that will build resilience one step at a time. The card deck was crafted especially for the widowed community by Soaring Spirits Resilience Center Research Director, Dr. Carrie West, and Soaring Spirits Founder, Michele Neff Hernandez.
